Carnivalesque!
We’ve received some GREAT submissions so far but we’re still looking for submissions to Carnivalesque! A Celebration of Carnival, Fairground and Circus-themed art.
The call is still the same but with one important difference: WE’RE REMOVING THE SUBMISSION FEE.
So please, keep the work coming! We will notify artists of acceptance by July 5 and would need to receive the work by July 12.

Just in time for county fair and parking-lot-amusement-park season, ART HOSPITAL is looking for submissions of visual art for CARNIVALESQUE: A celebration of carnival, fairground and circus-themed art.
Open to all media, (including textiles, video, photography, painting, sculpture, installation, mixed media, performance, jewelry, glass, ceramics). Artists of all ages, levels of experience and personal/professional backgrounds are invited and encouraged to apply.
Please submit all work electronically to hospital.gallery [at] gmail.com, or mail us a CD with images at 300 dpi in jpg format. If you choose this method, please be sure to write your name and the titles of each piece on the CD! CDs will not be returned. Only original works will be accepted. Artists submitting by mail must provide SASE or email address for notification of acceptance. Deadline for submissions is July 1, with the opening reception taking place Friday, July 16.
